Roads and Bridges

  • Scope Includes: SH 34 & FM 1550 relocations; improvements; adjustments and terminations of county roads; demolition of four bridges; removal of abandoned paving on SH 34, FM 2990 and FM1550; and clearing in roadway construction areas.

  • Procurement/Contracting Method: Requests for Pre-Qualification for Full Service Mitigation Services has been posted to CivCast.

  • Scope Includes: Final design, construction, monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management of environmental improvements through acceptance by USACE

Clearing and Demolition
  • Status: Currently seeking Statement of Qualifications for Demolition Services

  • Reservoir Area Engineer: Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.

  • Construction Procurement Anticipated: Statement of Qualifications due December 22, 2021. Visit for more information and to submit qualifications.

  • Procurement/Contracting Method: UTRWD will negotiate with selected qualified contractors detailed scope of services and corresponding price agreements specific to individual work authorizations.

  • Scope Includes: Clearing and demolition of fences, structures and out buildings, along with disposal of debris, dumps, and scatters located within the footprint of Lake Ralph Hall.

Conveyance Elements
  • Status: Conceptual design completed for pipeline alignment, system hydraulics, balancing reservoir site & pump station site
