Fall Into Gardening
Fall Into Gardening, presented by the Denton County Master Gardeners and Beulah Acres, and sponsored by Upper Trinity, will be held on October 19 from 8 am to 3:15 pm in Corinth!
This wonderful event features presentations and demonstrations on how to prepare, grow, and maintain your landscape. Tours of the gardens at the Global Spheres Center are available, and there’s activities for kids!

Sustainable Land Conservation Workshop
The Texas A&M AgriLife in Denton County is hosting the “Sustainable Land Conservation Workshop” on October 10 from 6 to 8 pm near Aubrey. The workshop will feature information on small acreage practices and succession programs available to landowners through the American Farmland Trust. Use Herbicide With Care
Planning to apply preemergent herbicide on your lawn soon? Be sure to follow the directions on the label, only apply as much as needed, and sweep any herbicide that may be on the sidewalk back onto the lawn to prevent polluting nearby drinking water sources.
