Construction of Harpool Water Treatment Plant Clearwell Foundation
Work on the new clearwell at the Tom Harpool Water Treatment Plant is in its final stages, marking a significant milestone in expanding the region’s water storage and treatment capacity. This large tank is the final step of the treatment process, storing the treated water & allowing the disinfectant to kill any remaining bacteria.

Once complete, the addition will enhance operational reliability and support continued growth across the communities UTRWD serves.
