Water and Wastewater Master Plan

Upper Trinity Regional Water District, with the assistance of the City of Ladonia, Dial Water Supply Corporation (WSC), McCraw Chapel WSC, Bartley Woods WSC, Gober Municipal Utility District, and North Hunt Special Utility District, developed a Water and Wastewater Master Plan to serve as an infrastructure planning resource for water and wastewater providers within the Lake Ralph Hall Zoning Boundary.  A copy of the Water and Wastewater Master Plan can be found below:

Shoreline Management Plan

The Draft Lake & Shoreline Management Plan establishes guidelines set forth by Upper Trinity Regional Water District for the protection and maintenance of Lake Ralph Hall and the accompanying shoreline area while maintaining public use of the lake. While the primary purpose of Lake Ralph Hall is water supply, UTRWD also allows for private and commercial development around the lake and public recreational opportunities for residents and guests.
