Engineers at Chiang Patel & Yerby today announced that after months of preliminary field work, they have found no “fatal flaws” in the Lake Ralph Hall project. “No fatal flaws” is engineer-speak for geotechnical, environmental and cultural resources, finding no significant concerns that could prohibit the lake from being built.
