Current Public Lake Office
Our UTRWD public lake office for general inquiries and information is located near the reservoir site at 10910 State Highway 34, Ladonia, TX 75449. Phone number: 903-367-7008. The office is open to the public Monday – Friday 8am to 1pm, and walk-ins are welcome.
In addition to the lake office, a program construction office is also open in downtown Ladonia to support ongoing lake construction activities. This office is for contractors and UTRWD construction personnel, and team members are available by appointment only.
Future Visitor Center & Administrative Office
The Lake Ralph Hall Visitor Center & Administrative Office should break ground by late summer/early fall of 2026. The building will serve as the District’s base of lake administration and operations and a welcoming space for visitors and locals alike—with a public space available for meetings and community gatherings. The groundbreaking for construction is planned for summer 2026. See some renderings of the space below.
Construction is underway on a trailhead for the SH 34 bike/pedestrian path over the North Sulphur River and includes a parking lot that will serve both the trailhead and the visitor center (see progress below). Designed for just over 20 vehicles, the parking lot and trailhead will make it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy the lake and new trails for years to come.
